Payment

Paypal is the safest and only way of payment.

Shipping

All orders placed within the US are shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation. Rings ship within two business days. Body chains and harness ship within seven to 10 business days.

International (including Canada) orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Important for international buyers: Please be aware that shipping overseas can take anywhere from 10 to 30 business days. If you would like your package to be shipped via Priority Mail contact me prior to placing your order. Note that regardless of weight/size, international tracking and insurance services cost around $34.

Refund & Exchanges

I hope that every item purchased from SNEFTER is received with much happiness! However, if you decide you do not like something, you have two business days after receiving your item to make an exchange. Please note I do not accept returns of any kind. Exchanges only and buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you have questions about an item(s), please contact me prior to purchase. Sorry, no exchanges or returns on custom designs.
